A Mother's Broken Soul part 2
"How had her life come to this?" She thought to herself as she lay there on a hard mat on a concrete floor. Scared..... terrified inside. But had to act as cool as she could, on the outside. She had never been here before, and the fact that her daughter was somehow behind this made it that much worse. She loved her daughter more then words could describe, she had done everything for her.
Days after getting bailed out, the sour taste of humiliation and betrayal still lingered. Her daughter felt betrayed because she didn't leave a man, who had moments when he hard to love. But she loved him through it all, from the first day they met, she loved him. Loved him when he was broken, as he did her. Their relationship had not been easy in any way!! His stern and stubborn ways, her loving blindly and being a push over, made it easy for the children to play them against each other. Because of him after many battles her eyes were open. Especially to her daughter's inappropriate behavior with much older men online. She took her daughter's phone away, reluctantly because he was stern it was done. It was then that she saw conversations of sex, and running off to be together with multiple men across the country. Because of this her daughter began to hate this man.
And sadly her love for this girl blinded her even still. She was so afraid to loose her that anything her daughter wanted her daughter got. Her little girl could do no wrong, no matter what. And what a mistake that was!! They say love is blind, and I fully understand the meaning of it!
The hole in her heart would never be filled again. All the wants, all the I have to haves, and all the lies and the deception were eating what was left of her soul like acid. Slowly, painfully, her daughter whether being guided by others or acting on her own, her daughter was hurting not only her but her siblings as well. She thought she had done her very best at raising her but she had failed at being a parent. Her daughter had played her like a violin.
The man she loves, still by her side. They no longer battle about the kids. They work together, they communicate, they love each other, especially through the really, really hard times. Because she didn't leave this man, and give up when she had every reason to leave, her daughter began to shut her out. And then this boy had full control.
Hey daughter had chosen to surround herself with very toxic men. Aside from this boy, her daughter had opened the door to her grandfather whom she was terrified of her whole life, and her child molesting sperm donor, whom she hated her whole life. Her daughter was not a leader, her daughter was not able to stand up for herself. These toxic men knew that and we're able to get her to do anything they wanted. Even turn against her own mom, the woman who loved her unconditionally. Hate her enough to deny that she knew of money used, money that was used for her daughter. From nails, clothes, boots, hair, trucks, tattoos, anything she wanted she got. If she denied her daughter any of these wants the attitude would come, the threats of running off would start. She couldn't stand the thought of loosing her daughter. Her daughter could've ran off with any guy. And the first opportunity she got she ran off with the first guy she could because she didn't want to have rules. No matter how much she tried to avoid it she lost her daughter anyways. Despite giving her everything, despite blindly loving her, she lost her daughter, and now it was time to face her daughter in court.
