Acrostic : For the good times
Children at play
Frolicking in new fallen snow
Over the icy hills
Running through frosted flakes
Tongue extended, cold thrills
Hanging out with sisters and brothers
Each holding on tight down steep hills
Gleefully screaming
Out loud echoes
Over the crusted dale
Delightful fun
Ten laughing hysterically
In tune with nature's winter fun
Making spit snow balls, building a snow man
Enthralled, building snow forts
Sleds racing, sledding days gone by.

Some of my followers know that I was one of twelve children, the last one, so by the time i arrived ten of the children had left home. They either got married or was off to work. My Sis Bea told me about the good times they had in the snow. Hope you enjoy...
This is my first attempt at Acrostic poetry. Thank you Eddy for teaching me the technique..
