The Best Books & Literary Pieces Ever!!!
- The Alchemist by Paolo Coelho - I swear this is the best book that I have read as to the time of this writing. The story is simple yet it gives us this wonderful feeling of hope and optimism. Dreams do really come true if you really want it to happen.
- The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint Exupery - Another extraordinary writing. Simple yet meaningful.
- Homer's Iliad- Don't you ever wonder why this tale survived thousands of years of human civilization? Maybe it helps that it is still taught nowadays on academic classes but the story of god and goddesses and the epic is just so immortal
- Somewhere I Have Never Travelled by EE. Cummings - I don't know about you guys but for me, this is the most romantic poem ever!There's just enough subtlety and sincerity in this poem that hit me. If you want to try a bit of romantic poetry just read this poem and you'll know what I mean.
- The Holy Bible - For non-believers out there, the bible is actually a compilation of many books hence the name bible. You can find a lot of interesting stories, history and yes, a lot of stuffs that might break or make your belief in God. Haven't finished reading mine though.
Ps. I would like to dedicate this hub to my literature teacher in college, Ms Arlene. I loved literature even before enrolling in her class but she made me realize that there are still a thousand more literatures around the world that I have yet to set my eyes on. Nice job ma'm.Thanks
