Best Break Up Song for Her, "Bust Your Windows Out Your Car."

Fighting Off The Pain

Jennifer is a young woman from Memphis, Tennessee. She is well educated, working on her Masters of Business Administration.

Her black hair gleams dark blue in the sun; she is fit, focused and fun. Jennifer firmly believes that getting married too young limits one's choices. She is 35 years old and has had two serious boyfriends.

Jennifer put her focus and energy into school for seven years. Jennifer is an RN, working her way up to a directors position for the hospital she interned in.

Children are at least five years in the future.

She wants to travel the world. She knows six languages and spends her vacations helping others in third-world countries.

She hoped that he was the one, and together they could enjoy the fruits of her labor.

Jennifer has been able to make her plans short and long term, sticking to a lifelong plan.

There has been a hitch in her stride the last twelve months; since she met the love of her life, Carlos. He moved quickly into her life. Their initial passion raged like a wildfire.

One weekend Jennifer is dancing at the club, with her two best friends and it a few weeks it was Carlos who filled her calendar.

Jennifer did not realize that Carlos slowly built a wall around her. First, he demanded her allegiance to him. No more outings with friends or family.

He kept her from learning about his dirty, dirty deeds. Whenever he would violate a trust or become enraged while intoxicated, he might bruise her eye, but after sobering up, he is remorseful.

Carlos proves it with expensive jewels and trips. At least he is true, until he is not.

The last straw:

He sends her away to a weekend, spa makeover. The journey is halted due to a raging storm,

Jennifer turns back to her apartment; their place.

When she arrives, she notices a strange sports car in the driveway.

She has to walk past the convertible to get to the door; the wind carries Chanel® No 5.

Jennifer does not intend to go to prison for the rest of her life over one scandalous man. She goes to a local Holiday Inn. Jennifer needs to breathe and think. She decides to fix herself up, and act like she is just getting in from the airport.

Eight hours later, she returns. The red convertible is gone, and so is Carlos's Escalade.

She enters the house. There it is again. Chanel No 05.

There is no doubt what has transpired here.

Jennifer begins to burn, and boil. He had been controlling her and lying to her about his love and devotion.

Carlos even used the marriage lure, surprised that she even considered it.

He said all the right things. They were all lies.

Her heart is broken and does not understand why he had to play her so hard.

She Opened Her Heart And Trust To You

It is true; not only women experience pain in broken relationships.

Music can bring sorrow or cheer. Listening to the words of "Bust Your Windows Out Your Car" she grabs the cat and tangoes across the dining room floor.

Having her trust violated by deceit is theft and violence against the heart of the other.

Weeks of experiencing tears running down her face. She is wounded. Her family members and friends are too affected by the bad break-up.

Their vicious parting of ways felt like a death. She will experience the five stages of grief.

The final wounds of a ruined relationship are deep.

Can a broken heart survive?

Revenge Feels Good Sometimes, but The Consequences Can Haunt for a Lifetime

No matter how mad or justified a person is in exacting revenge, it is good to consider the attitude stated in this old Chinese Proverb: "

"The one who pursues revenge should dig two graves."

It is not worth it to lose the ability to get a job, go to college, or go to jail in order to pay someone back with violence.

This is a healing song.

  • Great rhythmic beat
  • Dance
  • After listening to this on full blast for a couple of weeks, the heartbreak dissipated considerably.

It feels pretty good, a breakup song, just for her.

"...I must admit it helped a little bit

To think of how you'd feel when you saw it

I didn’t know that I had that much strength

You see you cant just play with peoples feelings

Tell them you love them and don’t mean it

you’ll probably say that it was juvenile

But I think that I deserve to smile ha, ha, ha, ha, ha

I bust the windows out ya car

Wrote my initials with the crowbar..."

Bust Your Windows

Play It Again - Dance With Me

Whenever I listen to this song, I feel empowered. Listen to "Bust Your Windows Out Your Car," a few more times.

For the creative dancers among us this a good song for dance routines that can be done to this break-up song by Jazmine Sullivan.
