Darkness cries

wishes fall upon soulful eyes


in shadows Nature

challenges, reminiscent of London’s fog


mindful of shared veiled pasts

dreams flicker revealing swirling paths


prints frozen in rock

clearly packed in falling snow


tucked behind curtained cliffs

two hearts beat an icy show


recycling memories

hackles raised prepared to attack
