Angel watching over me 2

A bright light

The blades of grass glisten with the kisses of the sun.

The purple kohlrabi seem to dance from shade to shade as if trying to capture the rays of light that fall on it.

My skin, although protected by layers of light clothing, gleams with the sun’s touch.

The straw hat that I wear to protect my brow creates a shadow on the ground that seems to jump back and forth.

Wow! What was that?

What was that bright light?

Fractured mind

Psychosis?

Am I seeing with my human mind or have I gone mad?

Am I seeing with a peculiar eye an extraordinary shifting of light?

Am I seeing a Heavenly being?

Is that an angel?

Is this real?

Pillar of Heavenly light

A tall pillar of heavenly light stands before me.

It must be heavenly because nothing so bright could exist on earth.

I can't look directly at it, but I try.

It seems to nod at me.

The head tilts upward, and with a swift movement, wings spread upward then down, as the angelic being soars toward heaven.

I have seen an Angel!

I get the message that angels have always been there

watching over me.

I don't know why I have been blessed with this vision.

I don't know why I have been blessed with this visit.

I don't know why I have been taken on as a mission.

I'm guessing that the sadness in my heart the last few months has been noticed.

Why would God send his little miracle workers to me?

Angel in the backseat

I have seen an Angel.

I turn the keys to my car, and listen to the engine roar.

I glance in the rear-view mirror to begin reversing.

It's so bright.

They are wings or they look like wings.

Is this another angel?

The song playing on the radio is "Praise you in the storm."

It always seems to come on when I am feeling a little stressed.

There are wings spread out in the backseat of my car.

It must be an angel.

I have already been visited before.

Why would I question it now?

Does it feel my pain?

Does it feel my hurt?

Is it here to cure me?

Is it here to accompany me on my last journey?

Or like before, is it just here spreading encouragement to me in the toughest of times.

Divine signs

I have seen an angel.

An angel has come to me to feed my soul.

I have seen an angel.

I am never afraid.

I see my angels as divine signs that are with me every day,

helping me to still believe in miracles.

Now I wonder:

Does an angel deliver my mail?

Will the next visit be in a blinding rush of wings?

Or will it be in the calm of night as I lay gently sleeping?

I continue to see angels.
