Bliss of Solitude

Then I realised that I met her once again in my life. I didnt know if I should rejoice over this tryst. Long lost friends often comes back at a time when you least expect them. 'I didnt expect you here today' I said to her. She didn’t reply. I was taken aback by her ignorance. Seems like she has forgotten me. I remembered the moments that we have spent together. I remembered the day when she bid bye to me. Time unfroze when she left me. Clock started ticking again and my life gained a new momentum without her. Smiles were back on my face when I lost her completely. We were not in touch for a long period of time. I was literally celebrating my new found life. But life had its own plans. Destiny made us meet yet again in this lifetime. 'Welcome back miss solitude' I greeted her. She smiled graciously and kissed me. I embraced her and looked at the clock. Time has frozen again. Wall Colors seem to be in a transition phase on their way back to 'black and white'. Looks like she is here to stay for a long time. I remembered my previous stint with her. Days and nights were all same. Either too bright or too dark. Sleep deprived eyes were often kissed by her. She wanted me to pen down our love story then. I have completed the manuscript in one month time. However, she didnt wait till I finish the story. Now that she is back, I took the manuscript from the bookshelf. It was not a dream come true moment for me. I never dreamt of writing something about her. Title had Her name. Her face lighted up when she read the title 'bliss of solitude’.
