Bluestonehenge
Stone Henge
Upon a rock, I sat
Eyeing nature in its ritual
As the now gentle ocean flows in to kiss the earth
a gentle caress betwixt the two, enchanting in its mating
The whisper of the breeze dances each blade of grass in compliment
and lends it's blessing to this nature's union
Warmed by the sun, a kiss upon already heated cheeks
I dream of naught but fragrant flowers
The yellow, and purple tulips
daffodils, and calla lilies, curtsy
A testament to the purity, and reverence for nature
And at the maker of such; ponderous thoughts
Of love, life, and things yet to be encountered
With Childlike interest, I watched with apt attention
as out again the ocean rushes, to come again softly
The salty mist, lands each time upon lips, that curve upward in pleasure
I've never been, however, as I sat upon a rock in my yard I saw a picture overlooking the beautiful Castle grounds and I wrote an ode. It was a magical garden, beautiful!
