Broken a bit!

Updated on August 27, 2014

A broken glass

marks

four fingers on cheeks!

A broken branch

offers

a longing seat to rest!

A broken bone

invites

some cops and doctors!

A broken wing

gains

more sympathy than food!

A broken heart

ends up

in tears and sighs!

Enjoyed nothing broken about your poetry. Well done and imaginative.

Another beautiful poem about heartbreak. We are alike in this--every time I try to write a love poem, I turns into an anti-love poem. I wish you love. Read my hub: How to Find Love for a more upbeat take on love.

I'd probably break the branch (diet time!) but this was a sad but poignant read. Thanks for sharing it.
