Cloud's Sprain: A POEM
Cloud's sprain: A POEM
The rain defecated on me
And left me wet and cold
It was the work of the cloud
It cried endlessly
As it released the showers
We ran helter-skelter
Jogging away from its embrace
Men, women and children
In steps we marched
The ground stood still
It laughed at our murmur
Fed full of the cloud's food
The leaves merrier
Happy for the colourful sigh
The rain is a journey
It treks through our mind
And calm our senses with its drops
Our friend is the splash
The clap of the thunders
The blitz of the lightning
Make our heart pine and dance
As the sweet breeze chill our soul
The rain, the rain, the rain.
