DARK CHILLS: A POEM
In honor of April Poetry Month by Frank Atanacio; Lets string one big long poem that will go from now until April 30th... Lets continue where the next poem left off.
DARK CHILLS: A POEM
The voice from the shadows
Whispered my name
My eyes popped in the darkness
As my heart raced in pain
Chills gathered its bumps on my back
Evil eyes staring like a bee
From the grave near the lonely track
The trees fixed her gaze at me
The dark night howled
In the tomb, my body froze out cold.
