Disconnected
Connected yet disconnected
at the same time. Such an
obsession with mobile devices and
internet that there isn't much
to say anymore when there is
face to face interaction.
And even that is on a screen.
Every teen now has their own
social media page. Doesn't it
cause parents grief and rage to
see their child's life splashed
all over the net for everyone
to see?
Or do they even think
about it? Everyone's famous
in a way, but then what
happened to keeping your home
life and professional life separate?
It's not.
The value of communication
has been downgraded to sound
bites and abbreviations. There is no longer any
meaning.
Too much tech has
placed an impersonal
barrier between us. In short,
human relationships have
become a wreck.
