The shake is to shake things up a bit and find what we truely want
The rattle is when we make choices some good some bad the results will follow
The roll is for when we make mistakes and we will hit the ground so we don't get burned to bad
Then we get up and wipe ourselves off and begin again
Searching for all the goals that make our heart beat out of our chest
