Drowning in Memories

Updated on November 17, 2010

Drowning drowning drowning.........

Drowning in memories taken back to a place where

There were no sad days

Voices float over my head each one brings a new tale

Scenes of the future vague in description

Missing piece to a puzzle trying to fit a circle into a square

Close my eyes listening to sounds only my ears perceive

To be real

Drowning in memories to strong to be pulled away from

Life line of tomorrows gone

Past slowly envelopes me warm and inviting

Over the edge I go drifting into my own reality

No more illusions of what will never be

Silence inside of me, drowning in memories

Memories

Memories

Memories
