Each Needle on this Tree
All memories live in the this Christmas tree
The ornament, lights, stocking, mistletoe, and bells
Each needle of this tree, each one cast a great spell
Consuming the potion bring joyous memories to me
I can still feel the winter breeze caress my cheeks...
Chills run through my spine
Hair tangled with snow
My nose became red bright
Holding hand with dad
He once call me Rudolph
And I chase him around
As the swift of snow dance along with the wind
He would lifts me up so I can see
Frozen branches formed of crystal
Frozen river became a skating ring
It was enchanting, delightful, wonderful, amazing
Mountain was beautiful; I wish to someday be on top
Hugging and snuggling daddy
As mother came out screaming
“Dinner’s ready!”
After dinner we sing our carol
While decorating our Christmas tree
And grandma would bake gingerbread cookies
While grandpa playing his harmonica
Dancing along with the music
The house was filled with laughter
All in this Christmas tree, each needle
Has a story...
