The worst of days, an interruption, at times seem to rule our lives, as corruption,
When the next day's light shines above the dimming clouds, our glad perception.
No matter the depressing acts, the harming of our mind's eye, of its deprivation,
There's always the brightest lights to lead our way, in reflection, as an inspiration.
Truly, there are none so blind, as those who refuse to see, this life's true purity,
The excellence of a superb sunup, the quiet beauty in repose, grandest sanctity.
The time well spent at each days end, in watching a setting sun, to comprehend,
The magnificence of such inspiration, a benevolent god, words cannot transcend.
Through the storms of life, we all must plough, and to overcome it all, somehow,
Separating the good from the bad, leaving the worst behind, then to disavow.
Within our minds, we must each comprehend, for our memories, rewrite again,
Concentrating on the positive then, by our own experiences, us to recommend.
The healing powers of us all, so towers, high above us, yet within our reach,
A look within, a look outside, a congruent precept, worthy for all to beseech.
Life, is much a paradox, baffling mystery, an enigma, a dream, a conundrum,
Finding our way in this perplexing dream, to focus on reality, use our cerebrum.
