~FEAR~

Updated on July 25, 2016

Fear Is A Friend

It's the fear in me

That I sometimes cannot see

It's the fear in me

That won't let me be

It's the fear in me

That feels so wrong

It' the fear in me

That keeps me strong

Let it go

Let it be

I remind myself of who I used to be

Its the fear in me

That grabs my hand

It's the fear in me

That stands for who I am

Let it go

Le it be

I remind myself of who I used to be

Let it go

Let it be

Fear is a freind that won't let go of me

When ever fear arises I always try to remember babies. They are so fearless! Their untainted minds are truly a marvel. Helps me to let it go and let it be much more easily.

Your poem makes for an excellent mantra!

      Thanks again

This reminds me of an old Indian saying about the two wolves inside of us, the good wolf and the bad. Which one thrives? The one you feed the most. Awesome. Voted up.

hmmm that is so true i once was very very fearful i dreaded the dark etc. Thanks to my heavenly Father he helped me to overcome 70% of it and i know he will continue to.

Fear still sometimes try to hold me by the hand.

      Thanks for sharing
