"Facts And Fable"

When I was young; I believed in all the superstitions of the old folks. there were so many of them that it became a chore trying to remember what to do and what not to do., which meant someone was with child.  As I grew older; I learned that 99 % of the old fables were just plain and simple superstitions, all but one; that I noticed that seem to have some validity to it. It was the one about the fish dreams. I remember when I became an adult, my mom use to say to us,I had a dream about fish last night and we all either was very quiet or we would refute  what she was saying; but in the end, someone was pregnant. It never failed. When I had grown children, when ever I had a dream about fish or fishing , I would tell them that someone was pregnant, they would be with child. No one ever wanted to hear that I dreamed about fish or going fishing, because it mean that someone would be having a baby in nine months.

Okay, we could chock it all up to being superstitious, but if so many babies wasn't born after the fish dream, we could say for sure it was only superstition, so this information leaves you wondering, is it really superstition or actuality that no one wants to accept. Try it out for yourself, if you have a dream about fish or fishing and someone close to you becomes pregnant, maybe it want just be a coincidence.  check it out your self and see if it's fact or fable.  This is the only fable I believe in because of all the babies born after the dream. It's like , when women are all under the same roof, and having a monthly cycle, they seem to always have their menstrual cycle at the same time, every month, is that fact or fab.le. What do you think.

Hi Veronica, thanks for your visit, I read somewhere that it's a normal thing, that women with the same genetics, have their cycles around the same time. go figure. Godspeed. creativeone59

I think there is something to women living under the same roof experiencing their cycles at the same time. I've seen it happen on several occassions.
