For The Love Of My Father
Walking in deep rain,
He never felt pain.
Bringing me back to home,
His time never was in vain.
From his sweat to his vein,
For himself he has nothing to attain.
I never thought how I would sustain,
He was always there for me to entertain.
Working all day long in drain,
His smile was always unconstrained.
Checking my homework to lying me to abstain,
It was him who never got strain.
Insecurities never broke me up,
When he said on again, off again.
I am searching for my main,
For whom my heart is in pain.
My life went against the grain,
When he went by grave train.
When I am at my best, I am my father's daughter.
