As we mix in with the distractions of our day
We can follow each one and disappear
Only to reappear years later no more wiser no more richier
Then we have a new choice
One we have not seen before
To let all the distractions criss cross and intimidate
We are stronger now
We are not as easily infuenced to go

We can hear and see over two hundred channels at our finger tips
Each one a choice
They are the biggest distractions in our life
It takes will power to turnaway a relaxing day
When within our reach is so much more
Like rain drops falling from the sky
A great reason to run and move quicker than before
It is the only way to stay dry
If we stand still we will get swept up in the moment
It won't be long before we are soaking wet
When watching other people you will see they have made many dfferent choices
When the rain came
They soon changed their minds and followed a leader
One who has made up his mind
To go where few people go
To reach beyond what few people know
When all the answers are written out
We just have to read them one at a time
Internalizing each one so it becomes part of us
So that we may go on our day with a new enthusiasm and off to a world of play
