My dear sweet Daughter

I am not a poet or an author

So my words are going to be simple straight

I am not someone very special or great

Just another man with no admirable traits

But when you hug me tight

It brings brightness to my gloomiest of night

You’re good morning kiss

Makes my day full of Bliss

A smile from you in the evening

Changes the whole day’s meaning

Got the father’s tag because of you

There are many promises which are still unfulfilled and due

You give me a purpose to live

To you a world of happiness that I want to give

You make me feel so proud

Without you I feel lonely even in a crowd

Together we make a great team

I promise will fulfill your entire dream

Without you Happy Father’s Day

Would have been a dream so distant and so far away
