Check Out The Sabbath Day Made For Us

Updated on August 13, 2016

The Treasured Bible Is Key

Sabbath Keepers

Remember God’s blessed day,

The day He made for us,

He made it to please our way,

On His merry bus,

No other day like this,

My life is rearranged,

Filled with heavenly bliss,

Thank Him for the change,

I needed the change

Old ways to new,

My life is rearranged

From no more feeling blue,

Wish I had more hours

To keep in Holiness

Blessed down showers

In a world of lowliness,

Negativity is prohibited

God guides in peace,

Blessedness is exhibited

In His unseen fleece,

A day of control,

Expressions of love,

Warming the soul,

From around and above,

Take it all to the top

Where dreams can come true,

God will not stop

Just give Him all of you,

He wants you to make it

But only through Him,

He is gracious so take it

Don’t live to grow grim,

Know His Sabbath Day

And keep it as He said,

Don’t live to regret it

Be happy instead,

You will hear Happy Sabbath

Like a birthday wish,

It becomes a weeky habit

As you flourish,

Twenty-four hours

Is all He asks,

You will gain certain powers

And feel your spirit blast.

From Sunset to Sunset

If You Believe Then Keep His Sabbath Commandment

God commanded that the seventh day be observed as the Sabbath. A glance at almost any dictionary, encyclopedia or calendar will show you that Saturday is the seventh day of the week, while Sunday is the first day of the week.

There are enough links here to show the true Sabbath day if the truth is desired.

We Must Change to Appreciate God's Sabbath Day

Keeping The Sabbath Holy Means

Taking a break given by God because He rightfully created a day (24 hours) for us to relax and rest in the comfort of His righteous Word and Wisdom. We deserve a day of rest and reflection after living a week of work and earning wages. The correct Sabbath-day is a day we owe ourselves because God hallowed and sanctified it for our (His believers) benefit. On the Sabbath day I either rest at home or go the the sanctuary. For twenty-four hours I am to keep it holy. That is why God commanded us to remember this. on the Sabbath I read scriptures for more understanding, I pray for God to keep me nearer to Him, His Word, from wrong thoughts, from giving in to temptation and wrongdoing.

Thank you Rinat for your comment. Most people don’t realize the relief and special blessings that they can receive by remembering, honoring and resting on the true Sabbath day that God has made for us as well as for Himself Your Comment.

Thank you Rinat, most people don't experience what a super relief it is of the true Sabbath day because the Sabbath was made for us to rest and relish in, in reverence to the Heavenly All Mighty Lord, Father, Creator of the world and us all.

Yes Yo, I've been there. I've experienced quite a few religious faiths. None were as truthfully profound as the SDA. It has taken me further than I can go and then some more. I don't think there is a faith any stronger to be committed to but if it is, bring it to me. I'm open. Thank you very much for your cohesive comment. May God continue to bless your life!

It is one day or time of our week that we can sacrifice to honor what is noble, worthy, and pure in our relationship with God and others.

Word, I can relate to the joy of Sabbath observance. It offers a much needed change of pace. Thank you for the reminder.
