Smart boy of nine years young

Seems to enjoy gardening

He loves to watch seeds grow

As he plant them with full of hope.

He’s a very helpful strong boy

And he adores his sister Addy

As he’s a gentle cute lovable one

Who does not want her to know.

He shares stories of his adventures

Even facts about fish and dinosaurs

Whom he met and what he has seen

Act out with full of expressions in every scene.

His sister is very forward and a chatterbox

A creative girl who think out of the box

She bakes cookies and cupcakes with her mom

The Queen of Cupcakes who is so much of fun.

Addy sings beautifully with her friends

Even does beat boxing with them

Also make nice loom bands to sell

To sponsor someone who needs their help.

Smart Boy’s dad is my favourite Sunday school teacher

He reminds me a lot about my father

The way he listens and the advices are always spot on

He’s a fatherly kind caring serious gentleman.

Adventure boy is full of new tricks

Recently he won a prize for singing mix

He’s cute and smiles with his eyes

He helps to put out the song lyrics.

I was sad but now I thank God that he’s well

As he had dengue and I didn’t know what to tell

For a ten year old boy he’s very supportive

His friendly active nature is attractive.

His elder brother Niko used to look like a cheese ball

Now worshipping God and ministering to others seems to be his call

Niko is always chosen as the Teen’s Santa Clause

He listens and helps his both grandmas.

Adventure boy’s ‘Pudding Grandma’ reminds me of mine

She would hug and kiss by pulling the face of mine

Even her grip is very strong in my hand I feel

She’s a sweet prayer warrior who shares her meal.

Adventure boy’s Mama and Papa visits the prisoners

To share the Gospel of peace and they are good listeners

In spite of the financial difficulties they have to go through

God had supplied their needs by blessing them from the brother who knew.

I think of them as the ‘Dynamic Duo’ and the ‘Power Couple’

They are involved in so many activities though they face trouble

While they enjoy the company and friendships new and old

The priority of their lives is to celebrate each other and to worship God.

It’s wonderful to see how you’ve been growing up

To one of the adventurous boy I know of

Who has been reminding me a lot about my naughty brother

Even you are younger than I am, I have been your admirer.

When you were very small I wondered how to keep you in one place

Teaching you was one of the hardest things that I had to face

But your eyes lit up whenever we started doing arts and crafts

The way your hands worked showed your hidden artistic talents in crafts.

When you open your eyes inspirational creativity is all around you

Even though I’m not that good in the Art of Cuisine I hope this will help you

Also I know that your mom and grandma will share their secrets with you

So in love and passion prepare meals for those who are around you.

Keep being the kind helpful courageous encouraging boy as you grow

Lead and guide wisely, serve gently to those who are elderly weak and low

Share the love of God as you pray for your friends whom you play with

Have a new song in your heart to the Lord which you can praise God to glorify Him.

The Boy and the Brat show interesting colours

The Boy is kind, gentle, loving and nice

The Brat has an amusing mouthpiece.

My mom of course likes the naughty Brat

Mostly the way he speaks about this and that

His comments mostly taken out of the TV

Sometimes not that good but to say he's quite gutsy.

The boy loves to play cricket at school

He enjoys reading after school

As for his younger brother Brat

He's way too nice even when he chat.

The Brat surely knows how to scream

He wake me up from my day dream

Simply there were two snowy cuddly rabbits

He shout and poke on them as one of his habits.

The Brat likes to play with Tehi's Barbie Dolls

Even to get attention for lies he falls

Oh he has tasted good food at home

As his dad and mom are chefs even at home.

Both of them seems to be sharp and curious

Interesting, intelligent and studious.

I like bat boy's ears as they stands out so nice

He's a big Apple phones and ipad fan as he advice

Which to buy, how to buy and the prices neatly

All the apps and tricks very clearly.

Bat Boy loves Bat man's all the gadgets

He can be very eager to share about his tablets

His sister Kay has a lovely smile

I think rhythm and singing is in the bloodline.

Bat Boy's mom is a really nice lady

She can play the guitar and be merry

Bat boy is playful and funny

I simply enjoy his company.

Shemy is sweet and has an angelic voice

For her age, she's kind and wise

She try to teach her brother good words

Even make beautiful creative cards.

Nevin is a chubby cute boy

He seems to be a bit shy

He loves to play run and catchers

With his friends he plays matches.

Shemy reminds me of my sister when she was small

It's her smile and the voice as she stands so tall

Though I taught them in Sunday school

I cannot remember much as to what they did after school.

Their mom makes heavenly chocolate brownies

She's the business owner of Cupcake Fairies

Even the memory of what she bakes make my mouth watery

She's very talented, hardworking and orderly.

Reminds me of a cute adorable Minion

He wears a nice blue glasses

He enjoys attending sunday school classes.

He loves to draw and colour

Even play his toy guitar

He sometimes dances

He always gives the right answers.

I love the way he smiles and talk

To bring him home with me I thought

But his big sister loves him so much

Caring, gentle sometimes with a strict touch.

Elder cousin brother is his Superhero

He plays with his bow and arrow

He's his Beautiful Mama's Champion

As he has won everyone's affection.

Recently he had a rubber lizard with him

Reminded me of the rubber snake named Jim

With it a friend and I pranked a teacher

Just like the way I scared my grandmother :)

Once I wrote a poem about a kid named as the Little Artist

In the poem named Smart, Cool and Adventurous Souls

Now he's all grown up and still a chatter box

He's good in acting and even dancing.

His elder brother seems to be still shy

Unlike him who is very active and bold

His spoken skill are impressive

He's cute and funny too.

His dad recently had a severe heart attack

Was hospitalized for sometime

Now thanks to the grace of God his dad is back

So he's very happy and back in Sunday school.

Sunday mornings I was told to be the interpreter to Little Dora

She's finding it a little bit difficult to understand Sinhala

She's very sweet, kind, caring and helpful

Always shares her things with those who are in need.

She's good in art, dancing and singing

Just like her multi- talented Mama

Who is so much worried about Little Dora

As sometimes Dora tends to forget what she learns at home.

Her Mama dress her like a 'Fairy Little Princess'

With lovely hairstyles and beautiful colours

She would run here and there

With her friend Little Joey.

Little Joey is simply like her tail

He tells her secrets and give kisses to her

She's like a big sister to him

Who is simply close to his age.

When my sister is unable to make it

I teach both of them at evening Sunday school

Little Joey imitates everything she does

Both of them are cute and adorable :)
