Hard to Swallow

A life lived so hard to swallow

A vacant path chosen, closing in

Clouded by a mist

We can't seem to all follow

So you'll be left on a limb of me

A wondering soul of

One curious man, devoted

Willing to find himself

Yet realized he was never shown

The purest path to follow

A chosen terrain only for me

Scared as we start to swallow

For desires that grows in us all

One empire, one man

That will not stand by

To watch us all fall by the way side

One day, some day soon

We'll hide our pains

To shield words to never bare sorrow

So hollow I start to shake

You'll never take my wall-of-fear

My point, it's broken

It's you, you were wrong

That we can't look back upon
