Have you been to Hell?

Updated on February 25, 2014

Demons

Welcome to Hell

"Have you been there before?" Maybe in your dreams. Maybe at your job.

Maybe it's a noun for your life. Hell is not a pretty place. It's cold and lonely.

Hell is filled with sickness and poverty. The people in hell are distorted in image.

They are filled with anger and rage. Their purpose is steal your soul, your goodness, and your happiness.

The Demons

Their aura is pure evil and they feed off of the defeated, those who have given up on life. No, not those who have succumbed to suicide. They feed upon the living. Those who have done everything right in life to no avail. Those who at one time smiled, laughed and experienced joy. Now these same people are hollow inside because the demons have consumed their energy and soul. Hell is a dirty place filled with sin and profanity. A place of lost souls.

Zombies

Walking beside the demons are the zombies. They walk with no purpose. They too, are hollow inside. The flesh of the zombie is peeling off. Ultimately, the zombies grow horns and turn into a demons. You can't escape Hel,l unless you fight your own inner demons.

Zombie

Hell

If you give into your feelings of defeat and failure, you too will become a zombie, a demon and stuck in the gates of hell. "So have you been to hell?" Think about what I have wrote. I have visited Hell many times. I fear, that someday I maybe trapped there forever.

It is a struggle not to give up and let life steal your soul. No one wants to rot in hell.

Thank you Eric. When I feel the mood I write dark and deep stories. I am sure at one time or another in our life we felt like we were in hell.

I completely understand what you are saying and yes I believe that hell is here on earth and we all experiance it now and then. Some more then others but we also have choices that clearly direct what happens in our lives. Great article!

Thank you for reading. Yes life can be difficult at times and feel like we are in hell. How we react to these difficulties is what determines our faith.

Your articulate story on inner torment was so vivid, the pictures added more depth to what your soul desperately wanted to express. I was able to connect with this story due to my own demons from the past, which linger behind like an unpleasant cloud. You did a really good job.

Thank you DDE. I seem to be getting a lot of comments on this hub. I suppose at one time or another in our lives we felt like we were in hell. It's sad but true.

We all fight out personal demons all the time, don't we? You caught the feeling just right and I am glad it is still a daylight here ...

I reckon some of us have lost count of how many times we've been sent there and how those demons have been sent to invade dreams and the zombies instructed to stalk and feed off the living if ever they had the chance, but we keep going and never surrender.

Life just seems too precious and valuable to hand over to these ministers of confusion.

A stirring and pensive read; thank you.

      Best Wishes;

Thank you Romeos for stopping by to read. Life is too precious and we in society must appreciate the good and not let the evil into our lives.
