Lean in close
Swallow your pride
And wait for her lips to touch yours

Take a deep breath
Overcome those nerves
Wait for it
Wait for it
Here it comes
She's leaning in towards you

Your lips touch
Your heart skips three beats
Explosions of joy and relief
The world disappears
This is the greatest idea in the world
Why didn't we do this sooner

Where did we go wrong
Tears on her face
Tears on mine
Are we really about to do this?
Let it all just slip away

Memories of that first kiss
When did that end and this begin
How can I love her this much
