Hello GOD are you listening are you there?

Updated on December 20, 2013

Hello GOD are you there?

have you abandon me

Or I guess maybe you’re

a little busy. I called you

yesterday, I called you

this morning but the phone

just kept on ringing. Maybe

you stepped out to do a thing

or two. I left a message on

your answering machine,

I really wish to hear from you.

I feel so all alone I’ve got a problem

or two and there is no one to talk

this over with but you. Please forgive

me for being bad and not calling you

as often as I use to. Maybe lack of fellowship

made us lost our connection, I hope you

will pick up when I try back later…….. I hope my

call doesn’t go to answering machine again.

Hello God are you listening are you there?

Don't miss the lovely "Dolly Patron song" below

      Good morning bluebird thanks much for your wonderful spirit and encouraging comment :) What you have said is nothing but the TRUTH...... and yes Dolly does a fine job i like how she still includes God in her songs because many singers forget He even exist when they get popular etc. I hope you have a bless day and may God continue to out pour His love upon you .

      ~~~ Shalom and peace be to you~~~
      This is a good subject. A lesson learned well is never forgotten, I remember that once in a severe time of pain and testing - it is never God who is lacking in our relationship with Him. If we aren't close to God, it is our doing and fault. We are the sinners. God is perfect. And He always comes through once we get our mind and attitude and direction straight in line with His will and come humbly to Him asking for help.
      Thanks for sharing the video of Dolly Parton's song, Hello God. I like Dolly's style of writing and her beautiful heart and spirit. She expresses so well the present state of affairs in this song and how there are certainly lessons to be learned here on earth by us all, especially in our attitudes towards our maker. They will be learned, as God is a perfect teacher. It seems mankind's only way to learn is through suffering. It didn't happen in WWI, WWII, but it definitely will in WWIII, sadly but thankfully truly.
      Definitely a beautifully awesome poem LaddyFiddler. I share the sentiment is well received both of reflection as well as pondering. I can attest to the meanings I felt both of self and too of others I have interacted with these poetic words of delight and teaching.
      Thank you for offering these poetic words to us all. In my view they offer with this season opportunity to ponder both what we have received and what we desire that has not been met.
      Hi Dear Jo,
      It is hard when we do not hear from Him for whatever reasons, but we know, as He has promised, that He will NEVER leave us or forsake us. I feel close and hear from Him when I am in His word everyday and I make sure there is no sin hindrance between the communication line from me to Him, as that will block it in a second.
      I have been keeping you in my thoughts and prayers sweetie.
      Up and more and sharing
      I do hope you have a lovely Christmas and celebrate Him,
      Faith Reaper
      Thank you Jackie for coming by :) sweetheart we can barely find a proper christian out there because sometimes they may sing Christ but don't live Christ etc so doesn't make sense singing Jesus Jesus and your on the devil's side. We know things like those is just the beginning of the plans in stored for christian a few years from now, so let not your heart be trouble worst is yet ahead. It will be punishable by law to even say Jesus it reminds me of Hitler and his Jewish massacre, this time will be Christians but not me i will be gone in the rapture the foolish virgins will taste of this fate ....... so sad!
      Beautiful poem, LadyFiddler :-) I think God is always here. Sometimes we might have some doubts and feel abandoned but I think it's our own fear. I had two strange days, yesterday and today. As I was running around the city for different things and also helping a friend to go to a medical appointment.... I stopped to have a cup of tea and the person before me, paid my tea... and then I went to the office of my husband and the security guard opened the door to access the office part (they never do that); usually, I have to wait that my husband comes. Today, I received two cookies that a clerk baked herself in the vegetable store near my place and later, while I was helping my friend get in the car after her medical appointment, a gentleman told me to get in my car and he would clear up the snow on my car :-) Obviously, someone was looking after me those last days. It's a good pick me up because I feel quite tired :-)
      Enjoy your weekend and God bless you and yours!
      Very beautiful and I imagine the song inspired it? That has happened to me many times, especially when I first started writing. I heard today about a school taking Christ out of a Christmas song so they could all sing it. I wish they would just sing their own songs and leave ours alone. Christians need to take their children out of these anti-Christ schools and they can sing to Christ all day every day and no one can do a thing about it!
      How are you? ^+
