Help Save the Little Bee
Help Save the Little Bee by Diana Pierce
“Help me, help me”, said the little bee.
“Keep that bug spray away from me.”
The bee is a pollinator of great demand.
They are fruit's and vegetable's survival plan.

The danger of losing the bees is real,
So we all need to make it a great big deal.
Danger to the land of milk and honey,
To lose the bees, it’s sure not funny.
The flowers bloom and the birds will sing.
And the busy little bee will do his thing.
He collects pollen on his sticky little feet,
Blossom to blossom each one meets,

A gentle fuse from plant to plant,
A distributing force, imagine that.
Buzzing, flying, beneath the sun,
Choosing flowers one by one,
Everyone gains when timing right,
It is nature’s way to win the fight.
Save the bees, supply them power,
Plant your vacant spots with flowers,

Roadside curbs and rest stop sights,
Make the land pretty while doing right,
Voice the reason extra clear,
Make this threat just disappear.
Every woman, child, and man,
Benefit from the bee’s survival plan.
If not for the work of that busy little bee,
What will happen to you and to me?

Save the bees, save mankind,
Use an understanding mind.
How much time will we need?
Let’s not wait. Go plant those seeds.
