Look for the Highlights of the Day

Creator God, You opened the door to life, and closed the door of death, Marked with grandeur and special effects is today as I am living it,

You Invited me into this day that is called today, which You before ordained and made, I will look to You and position my eyes above,

Looking to You brings with it highlighted splendor, wonder, adoration, and awe for You Creator God,

This is a day that You have made. and I will rejoice and be glad in it, Rejoice! Oh my soul, and be glad in it,

Creator God, You have not withheld not one provision, You highlighted Your magnificence, progressively revealing it throughout today's journey,

Granting and allowing me new discoveries in the way to praise You the more, and to praise You for all of the mighty works of Your hands

Now, I journal what my eyes have beheld and seen, and what my heart feels through the healing breeze of all of Your goodness,

I marvel because You are marvelous! All that You have created whispers not, It shouts glory! I join in and sing too,

Castles of glorious clouds declaring and proclaiming Your majesty aloud, speaking to me of Your greatness and inviting me into worship so true and pure

I saw a robin dressed in its colorful array, beauty only You could have adorned it in, as it took flight through the leaves of a tree onto its next assignment,

Thank You Creator God for all the highlights of this day which You gave me to live. My day is marked with splendor and highlighted by divine wealth and I am richly endowed.

Grace and peace to all: The world system has its way of spreading its news and making it a memorial highlight for years to come. On yesterday, they cheered as the decision by the Supreme Court came.

As I went through the day, I was uninformed of these happenings. By the time the evening came I had finished this prose and had posted it. After which I heard about the decision. There was even a lighting up of the White House that went on. Yet, who is really the highlight of everyday? You got it, the Creator God and His patterns and principles for living.

God has already through His Word given His paradigm and standard (will) for marriage, and the principles by which to experience it, For the Christian that is the end of the story. God said it, and that's the way it goes. Oftentimes we forget whose world this is, that it was not our decision to create a world, It was the Creator of the universe.

God has a way of featuring His own highlights of every day, if we would only hear and see them, and turn away from what would speak contrary. Look for God's highlights of your day that He has given to you to live.

June 26, 2015, will no doubt go down in history for various reasons. We need our own memories which cast down every imagination and high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God and bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. Experientially, my memories of that date will be marked with the special effects of looking up and living the Creator highlights. We all have these new features so that when we hear or see the world news, we can say within our souls, but God, and finish the story with His Word.
