Silent Rage As I Am Trapped in A Deathly Cave

Updated on June 29, 2011

This is a heart felt thank you to HattieMattieMae for the assistance in coming up with a title for my story.

The Man At The Door

And the little girl said, “I don’t ask for much. I only ask that you love me.” The mother held her head in her hand. She reeked of liquor. She told the little girl, “Come here and help mommy to bed.” The little girl stood up and her mother put her arm around her shoulders as she guided her up the stairs. Her mother fell on the bed face first. The little girl covered her mother up with a blanket and closed the door.

There was a knock at the front door. It was man standing there. He said, “Is your mother home?” The poor innocent girl said, “Yes, but she is sleeping.” The man grabbed the door and pushed it open. He grabbed the little girl by her hair and held her down. The little girl was screaming as loud as she could, but her mother was in a drunk slumber. He started ripping her clothes off. She managed to kick him between the legs and run into the kitchen.

Everything Falls Down Around Her

She was shaking so bad that she could not even keep her composure. The man ran after her. She hid in the cabinet under the sink. The man said, “Come out, come out, wherever you are. I am going to find you and when I do, you are going to pay!” She remembered how her mother told her to never touch the bottles under the sink. She grabbed a bottle of bleach and screwed off the lid. He slowly opened he cabinet door. She closed her eyes and held tightly onto the handle of the bottle. As soon as she saw his face. She threw the bleach in his eyes.

He stumbled for a bit and fell. He cursed her name. She ran to another part of the house and hid. He was walking and bumping into the walls. Her heart was pounding so fast that she was afraid he would hear it. There was a loud crash and then a silence. She curled up in a little ball and tried to be as still as she could. Then she heard someone breathing. "It was him. It had to be him," she thought to herself.

All of a sudden, she lost her balance and fell backwards. The whole set came crashing down around her. There was laughing in the crowd. She also started laughing.

The director yelled, "CUT! We will begin again with the kitchen seen after lunch!"
