How do you end a stressful day?

Updated on October 15, 2011

How do you end a stressful day?

You give thank, to God

and then you pray,

now visualise a world without problems

well, there is none..

no such world, so you take the bull by the horn

and ride .... literally speaking

you said if only" you could find a nicer place to lived

I would be Queen of all the human race,

However, Life is what it is.....

and power is in nature, no one man can claim it.

Man is timid and apologetic, he is no longer upright

he shame so easily, because he allowed others to tell him what to do

so how do you end a stressful day,

with a pray, long hot baths, some delicious food,

some alone time, in your own comfort zone,

and asked yourself, is this really my life.

that little voice in your head kept

saying to you "Life is what it is.....and you can controlled your destiny

only if you believed, that your life is yours and yours alone

A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds,

speak what you think now in hard words, and tomorrow speak

what on your mind, and tell those out there to ease off a bit.

because "Life is what it is...... go to your boss tomorrow

and say, "Look bitch I quit" take your job and....

or hold on to the thought and sleep on it...

so let your words be gazetted and riduculous henceforward

where there is action, is always a reactions...

"life is what it is.....

I wondered if the cave men and women life was much better?

well, my answer would be 'sleep', a jog down the lane, a cool bath, some food and the sleep

Great poem to read, keeping writing even in the bath tub.

good woman knows her past, understands her present,

      and forces toward the future.
