I Have To Remember...
When life gets hard;
I have to remember who I am
I have to remember the places of which I have overcome
When I want to quit;
I have to remember to hold onto the hope that I have found
When the walls start to cave in all around me
And when I feel hopeless and alone;
I have to remember to pull out the confidence that has built within
When I fall down
And when I am afraid;
I have to remember that I do have the strength to get back up and overcome my fears
When I feel like a failure;
I have to remember of the struggles I have overcome
I have to remember of the past that I no longer am
When life gets hard;
I have to remember who I am
I have to remember where I was to where I am now
I have to remember...
