I Have a Dream (Poem)
I have a dream to make justice a reality,
My theme for life is equality!
These words he spoke with such integrity,
It is not the color of my skin, but, the contents of my character
which determines who I am, I am somebody!
What a struggle for liberty! but, I am free at last,
It is the endurance of suffering
that substantiates the capacity to survive,
Thank God Almighty! I am free at last,
Let freedom ring, allow victory to sing
I will never forget Dr. Martin Luther King!

I looked over and saw the Promised Land”,
“I have a Dream today” unquote.
With all the intimidation, segregation, and strife
He still took instructions from God for his life,
Your dream Sir!
Still fights to live.
