I Thank and Praise You Creator
Creator I give my praises to You
As the Creator and Maker of all things,
Exalted are Your Majestic hands, and
I give You appreciation and thanks,
You open the door of a new day
With orchestrated sovereign brilliance,
Introducing a spectacular and marvelous sunrise,
The sun arises with hues of wondrous artistic splendor
As all of nature takes its place in the firmament, and earth,
I can hear nature clapping their hands applauding You
In their own quiet exponential praise,
The Son also rises in my heart
Giving me new hope and expectation,
Refreshing's different than yesterday arise!
Your Spirit and Your Word accompany me
Guiding me into the fulfillment of this new day,
The day lies still in peaceful and divine order
As it evolves, passing unto the noon
The central aspect of the day!
Evening follows in sweet pursuit
After the glorious ebullient sun sets,
You pack up the glories of this day
You close the daylight with wonder,
You show forth Your magnificence
You send the moon, and stars
To highlight the evening,
As the door to another day silently closes,
I kiss the sky in prayer, thanks and praises,
I applaud You for the glories of this day
Hoping by Your will I can see tomorrow too.
