I mother earth

Updated on September 17, 2013

I Mother Earth

Once I was beautiful

With evergreen, river, and streams

Blue skies, and oceans, of dreams

Once I was beautiful

Or so it might seam

Once I was beautiful

But still you did not care

So my Tsunami, and Katrina, appear

Once I was beautiful

But you did not hear

So I self destruct

And now you and I

Are not here

      Interesting poem, simplistic and natural.

I like it i like it, reminds me above anything else about Carl Sagan.
