I Feel (poem)

Updated on August 10, 2015

I feel its welcome scent within the air

It beckons me from somewhere in my past

Each heartbeat a reminder it is there

Each second seems much longer than the last

I feel the things around me swept away

They serve no further purpose to my mind

Which found another paradise to stray

And for this while leave all I knew behind

As for tomorrow will it be the same

Ask passing moon perhaps a star may know

For now I have eternity to tame

Another dream awaits and I must go

I feel no greater purpose now than this

I feel it’s time we shared another kiss

A kiss is always on time ...interesting poem. I wanted to watch the video but it isn't working for me at the moment for some reason

Hi Martin - Very nice poem. I think you like kissing poems which are very romantic. Thanks for sharing, Blessings, Audrey
