If Love Was A Person- a poem

If Love was a physical person

What Body parts would you see?

The first would be the Eyes,

The beginning to a union to be.

The next of Love's

Body part to see is

The mouth-

To form the Words

That create

The lovers' destiny.

The next part to see would be

The hands- Its touch

Determines how close

Their Love could be,

The most important part

Of Love's persona

Cannot be seen

But felt from within.

It Is the heart,

Without a passion

for another's life,

The Soul within

Has no

Fulfillment.

Then Love has

Fear to die.

All parts of

Love's Body

Must work together

And cling to another,

If the Relationship

Wants to live.

I will be right there with you shouting and dancing because we can identify love when we see it.
