Is There a Cure for Lazy?

Is There a Cure for Lazy? by Diana Pierce

Is there a cure for lazy?

I surely wish I knew,

My up and go, got up and went.

Without a given clue,

==================================

Not tired a bit from lack of sleep,

Not stricken with a bug,

Just plain old lack of motor skills,

Too few to cut a rug;

Source

An ache or pain or chain of thought,

Will put me way off track,

A complicated effort,

To make a spark come back,

==================================

Too energize my battery,

To you may seem quite funny,

But lo and behold the irony,

I’m not that sort of bunny.

      Ms Diana (Diana Lee on HubPages) -

      A fun poem that becomes more true to life as life goes on. Makes us old folks smile to read it.

      Have fun today...

      Thank you, petenali. I was having one of those lazy spells when I wrote this poem.

      Silly, but cute with a message many can relate to. Laziness is easy to fall into. Nice structure to your poem though...
