Is it Gone - A Love Story
Today, they had a class together in college. She was writing with a pen that used to close by pressing the head. She wrote as the lecture progressed and thought for a while, “What is he thinking about me or does he even know that I am here? She thought and accidentally brushed the pen on her cheek. She asked from the boy in front of him, ‘Is it there?
The boy said nothing; she tried to rub it with her soft fingers and asked, ‘Is it gone?’ He still said nothing, but his eyes smiled a little. She rubbed it more and more, and in the processes of trying to get rid of the mark, her cheek reddened. She kept asking from the boy, ‘Is it gone?’
When he couldn’t bear it, he caught the hand of that girl, which was responsible for the crime, she asked again, ‘Is it gone?’ The boy nodded in reply, saying no. she asked, ‘What?’
The boy gestured in the direction of pen, it was closed. She smiled and both of them laughed (with a little embarrassment) at what she was doing when nothing had happened.
