I've Forsake mother and father to follow JESUS
Jesus said forsake your mother and father
and follow me, and yes of course that’s
what I’ve done and it surely benefitted me.
For you see I am the only Christian
In my immediate family.
Though they do not walk in the light
with me, God has given me strength
to picked up my cross and follow His
only begotten Son a long time ago
I must bare all my trials and burdens.
For I know for Jesus we must suffer.
There’s no better friend than Jesus
and, only when you have a through
relationship with him deep inside your
heart. I know even though the storms
comes and the sea rages.
He is standing right beside.
He will never leave me or forsake me.
He hears my every prayer and answers
accordingly.
Jesus promise to take me up and yes
He sure did. I am so glad and
happy that Jesus has set me free
from this world of sin.
He’s everything to me , he protects
and guide me as I go along life’s journey.
He feeds and clothe me, and I have been
blessed so abundantly.
I know without Jesus Christ I am nothing
In this world, I feel his love and warm touch
Daily that runs through my heart endlessly. I know
as long as I continue to follow him all will be
well and I’d be set free for eternity.
