I've cried [Poem]

Updated on March 13, 2013

Puffy, inflamed,

Burning eyes

Yes, I've cried,

Don't ask me why

I'm happy now,

There was no reason for crying

But suddenly, damn,

I felt the instinct inside

I felt the need,

And I've cried

No more now,

Not even a time

But some tears

Are still alive

Have you ever cried for someone else?

Tears are an excellent way to purge your soul. A cleansing like non other takes place when you allow your tears to continually flow. If the truth be told there is A disciplining that takes place as they flow. Thanks for the reminder, the times that I have cried brought back memories after reading this.

Tears can heal even when we are not sure why the need for crying comes. Your beautiful poem captures the need to cry so wonderfully!
