Live Positively (Poem)
Position your mind
In the sanguine mode,
Where it will yield hope relentlessly,
Seek the solution, and
Not the cause of your dilemma,
Don’t make excuses,
Or cradle the problem,
Find the resolve that is consistent
With living the productive life,
How are you living?
Grasp the positive!
As you would a fallen object
Loosen your reflexes!
To forego a fumble,
Take firm hold!
Of your dreams, and expectations
Making them reality come true is your goal,
Envision the outcome!
Let the negative go!
When you come across difficulty,
Do you talk the problem, or solution?
Defer pessimism!
By resisting unproductive chatter,
Negative words can’t
Change your circumstances to positive,
They are absolutely unproductive!
Live positively!
Remember this is not a New Year’s resolution,
It is a life style.
