Beyond the stirring heart's

     A source,

And underneath a flame's

     A fire.

Lovely little bird

First hovering

On a winter twig,

Tests wings too fragile

For the bitter wind,

Becomes stronger

Listening to the cues of life

Too few have ever heard,

Making winter covering,

Though still as tiny,

Inside is growing big.

Pegasus leaping

Through ethereal realms

His mare, the sea, the mist - or me!

In beauty, grace - profound,

Unfolding timelessly.

Liquid streams of dreams made true,

Dancing ballets on my bed,

Playing symphonies of blue

Upon the themes within my head.

Love

Is all of this - and more.

Gentle, mellow feelings

Which flow between us -

Easily.

I experience you

As Earth, when thirsty,

Absorbs the mist

Of morning dew.

Draped in silk,

Scented by

Rare essences

To share with my love

     Global

        Universal,

                To be it.
