Let the Clouds Kiss Me
Let the Clouds Kiss me
They say savor words, taste the extract,
And drink nectar in the chalice of life,
Every day then will be a Eden on Earth !
Each moment replete with eternal joy !
I try to comprehend all these sayings,
And all the sages say word is immortal,
Word can liberate, take one to the summit,
It can also take one to the deep abyss.
Word clasps the mind, word sways it,
The world then turns as bad or good,
And word makes a guy friend or foe,
Word tells one how to move on in life.
In the sky above, smiles the moon,
How we converse without any words !
Let me ride on the back of moments,
And dance on the floor of existence !
The green grass, leaves toss around,
An old lady chatting, mobile to her ear,
Chilly wind blows, sunshine spreads,
I want to experience them in silence.
The guys and things I ever saw and met,
Words are names and names dazzle us,
I recall some and some have I forgotten,
I love to experience each without a word.
Let me stop the clamour in my mind ,
And remove the burden from my head,
So much I spent my life in this chaos ,
Let me experience life in its pure spirit.
I want to see shapes and shadows real,
Play rays on my face, wind on the cheek,
Let the earth cajole me, sky embrace me,
Let stars stare me, let the clouds kiss me !
