Rocket To Heaven Cycle Pt. 4

Do you ever want to dig down into a hole?

Like a mole?

Do you ever want to fly up into the sky?

Like a bird on high?

Do you ever want to run when you're feeling well?

Like a gazelle?

I don't know how to feel

I don't know what's for real

You ask what's the deal

When the grass is lush, beautiful and green

That's a scene

When the clouds are great big, fluffy and white

That's a sight

When the sun shines down all yellow and warm

On your form

Please tell me how you feel

Is the good feeling real

Is it something I could steal

And carry you away?

When the grass is all lovely and green

What have you seen?

I have seen the Promised Land my friend and beats the hell I was living in for far too many years. Love this poem!
