Lonesome star why don't you come on home

Updated on October 15, 2012

Lonesome star, why do you twinkle all alone in this universe? Why does it seem like all the other stars has drift so far away and left you all alone.

The sky is very dark and you look miles away from your home. The moon is shinning its light, perhaps for you to go on home tonight. Oh lonesome star!! Why don't you come on home?

Lonesome star are you afraid to twinkle your way all alone. Is there something you wish to say? Maybe i can help you pray and the show you the way, oh lonesome star you've got to hurry now, the rain is about to come yourway.

Oh lonesome star why don't you come on home? I've prepared a lovely place for you to stay.
