Love's Lost Come Back Around

I am an artist, designer, photographer and writer. See more of my work on cmariearts.

Love's lost

Come back around

It's 4:30 and I can't break

Wanting a new life

Feeling stuck here

Doesn't fit me well anymore

Wishing for something else

Waiting for an answer

Looking in the mirror

Messy long tousled hair

Don't want to see my face

Where's a new place

To find a real love

Sunny days that

Come and go

The rain isn't coming

For awhile

Days are getting longer

How I wish things were different

Take me from this dark cloud

I hate feeling lost

Being stuck here

Almost dreamy nothingness

Surrounds me all the time

Serenity has come and gone

Friends who thought were friends

Trying to tear you down

Where do things go from here

I want to disappear

Trying to find strength

Wanting more

In the end

Fighting hard

Dying at the core

caroline, You've captured the downer of those unsatisfactory, gloomy days of "Wanting a new life Feeling stuck here", those days where you really wish that there would be a good downpour but instead "The rain isn't coming For awhile."

      Very effective.

      Kind regards, Stessily

      Hi Caroline.

      A moving poem.

I hope these are the words from your magical pen and not the words from your heart.

      Take care Caroline.

Caroline life is never as bad as it seems sometimes. I voted this up and beautiful even if it is a bit sad. Think of how beautiful you are in and out, how talented and how smart. You have so much to offer the world. Look toward the Lord He will give you a helping hand and lead you onward. Look in the mirror and say I'm good, I'm great and I'm getting better ever day and then give yourself the brightest smile. It works. If you want my husband's version - he says look in the mirror and make the worst faces possible at yourself and soon you'll feel the stress melt away and you'll be laughing at yourself and wiping tears. Your choice.

I know that sometimes you get the blues

So I thought,I would write this poem for you

Hello, Gorgeous, you look great today

If I could see you every morning

this is what I would say

You shine just like the sun

you glow brighter than the moon

      just a look from you

      would make any man swoon.

      Let me see that smile!

      Much Love

I loft up my eyes onto the hills from whence cometh my strength.

That's always a great thing to do Caroline . Let is out , never keep a weight weighing you down , away with it , and the best , way is by writing it . In doing so you have it picked out and identified , ready to be destroyed . Close the door on any negative.

Great poem of freedom and emancipation.

      Be well bless.
