Make Room For More Love

In life everything has a limit

We end up pushing the envelope all the time

Less sleep more work

Then our boss does one better

More work less pay

Then our kids go even farther

I deserve more I am older now but I do less because I have done so much already

So I say make it happen

Find the time no matter what you have to do

For your own sweetheart who continues to make everything possible

Yes for all you men out there who know and might not admit it yet

Where would we be

Without a little help from our own sweetie

That is sweeter than honey

They go the extra mile

Listening to us gripe about work, friends and life

For me it is real reminder every day

All the things my wife does

She drives when I am exhausted

Says the right things and does the impossible

I can work all day and pull a double

Work shoveling snow or mowing the lawn

Then go to work tired and beat

I still can't do what she does

She keeps records on everything

Weddings and appointments and all the bills

I just don't think of it until it's too late

My mind drifts off on other things

She stays focused and makes sure things are done on time

It's the role she plays

Being a built in mother

Nurturer and the greatest companion

Any man could ever want or need

We may be faster , tougher on the outside

When it comes right down to it

My wife is tough from within

So now it is high time I give her credit where it's do

I wake up a little early to rub her back from a nice nights sleep

Rubbing her feet after a long day

I find the littlest things to make her happy

Giving her a few gentle kisses when she is asleep

All these things she doesn't even know I do

I know and that's all that matters

if I get up before her in the morning and it's hard

I get breakfast ready

Listening with both ears when she has something she wants to say

Love comes in so many forms

Don't get me wrong

A little extra lov'n in the bedroom is always fine

I personally go until I see her toes wiggle

I will tell you all

I do what ever I can

To please my wife in a variety of ways

It's not that hard

Do it for 28 days and it becomes a habit

A good habit that she will just have to live with

To her dying day

In a world filled with millions of men

I am the one she loves morning to night

Again and again

I have my faults like everyone else

One thing I have learned over the years

You find something your good at and stick with it

Then your shortcomings become insignificant and pointless

She knows the real you

So take all the studies and statistics and throw them out the window

You never have to worry about divorce and alimony or being single ever again

You have a love that is strong and lasts when others fail

It is almost impossible to put your finger on it

All I do know is it works and it works well

Think of all the relationship books that are on the market

if we took the time to see deep into their mind

Everything would be just fine

You don't have to be an expert to know

If something works don't fix it

Another long day where my wife is sound asleep

This is the first time in all the years I have known my wife

I wrote this out on paper

So to all wives who support their husbands and all the crazy things they do
