More times than I can remember

Updated on October 15, 2014

More times than I care to remember

More times than I care to remember

Fallin’ head over heels for you

One day you’ll topple over too

So many times

Yeah so many dang ‘ol times

So many times

Puttin’ my trust in you

Boy, was I a fool

More times than I care to remember

More times than I care to remember

More times than I care to remember

More times than I care to remember

What a fool you made of me

And yourself too

Believing we’d ever be fancy free

So many times

Yeah so many dang ‘ol times

So many times

You were out runnin’ around

Hiding away in a neighboring town

So many times

Yeah so many dang ‘ol times

So many times

Puttin’ my trust in you

Boy, was I a fool

More times than I care to remember

More times than I care to remember

      Kevin,

The goal was to try to capture a Buddy Holly like rhythm. The one I used was "It's So Easy To Fall In Love." Thank you for the V/S/P.

By the way, I was just thinking about you. While my dog and I were on our daily walk, I kept hearing this bird I had not heard before. I remember thinking to myself: if Kevin were here, he would know.

      Smiles,

      Kim

That was funny Kim, but I guess it had its downside too. It was interesting though. It reminded me of a song, but I do not know which one. I voted it up, shared and pinned it.

      Jackie,

I sure hope to keep em coming. I feel so much better when I am writing. I still have times where I struggle. So, when I am not around, it is most likely because I am having trouble doing anything. Right now, I am good and going to focus on that. Thank You Dear Jackie for the vote and share. You are very special to me.

      Blessings,

      Kim

      Suzette,

I can't emphasize enough how much your response means to me. You make me feel validated, and that is such a nice feeling.

      Thank You for being You.

Kim: This is wonderful and I so enjoyed reading it. We have all played the fool for love. I agree with Bill, you are so talented and I hope you publish these one day. If I were teaching today, I'd request your permission to use these to teach poetry to my students. Just wonderful.
