My First trip with My Husband
Lahore
On 14th April 2017 at 04:30 pm I am not sure about time, I and my husband were saying good bye to my In-laws and sitting in a car to go to Karachi Cant Railway Station where a train was waiting for us. We were going out of Karachi for our honeymoon and Lahore was our first destination. At 07:00 pm we were in a train. It was my first long travel in a train but I was not tired instead I did really enjoy it. Next day at 02:00 pm we arrived Lahore station where my husband’s uncle was waiting for us and he said welcome us in a very good way. He took us his home where his family was waiting for us after meeting them we allowed to go for getting fresh. We were so tired so after having lunch we rested a little In evening our host arranged tea with some snacks, my husbands’ uncle has a wife and three kids, one daughter and two sons we shared our interests to each other they were all good and nice in nature they entertained us and did not let us bore. After having dinner we went to bed.
Next day after having breakfast we went out to explore Lahore first we visited “Data Darbar” and recited Fatiha after that we visited “Badshahi Masjid”. “Badshahi Masjid” is a great symbol of architecture which built by Mughal Emperor Aurangzaib. We had fun there, we took lot of pictures, we ate junk food and did funny things, after that we visited “Minar-e-Pakistan” and took pictures also there, in all that fun day had passed and it was time to go back home we went to home and had dinner, after dinner we watched uncle’s marriage video and different occasion videos and had fun. When we were going to bed my husband’s aunty gave us gifts because it was our last night in their home, we also gave gifts to their grand children which we brought from Karachi.
Next morning we woke up early and after having breakfast we took permission from our host to go towards our next destination which was Murree. My husband’s uncle and his younger son came with us to bus stop from where we took bus for Rawalpindi. Where Malik aftab was waiting for us he was our guide and driver too, after four hours of travelling we arrived Rawalpindi and met to malik aftab. He offered us juice which we accepted because we tired so much. After that we talked about package, he told us places where he was going to take us and amount too, after little bargaining we agreed.
Murree
We started our travel towards murree at 7:00 pm in malik aftab’s vehicle. We enjoyed a lot this travel because we faced too much hot weather in Lahore and that time we was inhaling smooth and cool air and watching mountains with long trees it was amazing view which we never see before. Within two hours we were in murree then we found a comfortable and cheap motel with the help of malik aftab then he told us morning time of meeting and left us in our room. After getting fresh we went out for dinner we found restaurant where we had good food in cheap price and I remembered the taste of tea till today it was so good. Than we walked at mall road and searched out shops, mall road is very famous in murree with a good food street and many shops where you can find all types of things what you need for e.g. clothes, hats, kashmeeri shalls, hand bags and etc.
Next morning at 09:00 am we went to” ayubia” where we found lots of monkeys we bought corns and fed them, malik aftab took some pictures of us. Malik aftab was a funny character he entertained us in a very good way we did really enjoy with him. Then we took a ride in chair lift at “ayubia” after that we did some shopping then we went to patriata, patriata is avery famous place due to its long chair lift and cable car. We bought tickets and took ride the lift brought us to Punjab’s highest point it was amazing ride and scary too specially for me but we had lot of fun. After 06:00 pm we came back to our motel and after getting fresh we had dinner and did some shopping from mall road.
Next morning we were going to” sabri abshar” but on the way we found another abshar which called “jungle abshar”. We stayed there for an hour, it was a beautiful view water was falling from mountain we climbed mountain there was a fear in my heart but I did it and enjoyed too. Then we went towards sabri abshar it was a good place to hang out there was also water falling from mountain but water after falling was spreading like a lake and there were some restaurants those were offering different types of fish but we did not have lunch there because we wanted to have lunch at jungle abshar. We had tea with some snacks and took lots of pictures and had fun then we went back to jungle abshar had lunch and then went back to motel got fresh did some rest then also went out we did some shopping and had dinner after that we just kept walking at mall road that was our last night at murree that’s why we went to motel late night and went to bad.
Islamabad
Next Morning we started our travel towards Islamabad I was little upset because I was so happy in murree and I wanted to stay there more but we had to go Islamabad. At 12:00 pm we arrived Islamabad there was so hot weather in Islamabad and we were not able to bear it because we faced very pleasant and cold weather in murree. We visited Lake View Park, shaker paria and Faisal Masjid but we did not enjoy a lot due to hot weather instead all these Islamabad is a very beautiful city at 05:00 pm we took bus for Peshawar and said good bye to malik aftab.
Peshawar
We were in Peshawar at 09:00 pm. My husband’s 2nd uncle picked us from bus stop his entire family was very happy to see us. After getting fresh we had dinner my husband’s aunty made food very delicious specially “chapli kabab” which is very famous as a Peshawar dish. After some chit chat we went to bad. Next day we had decided to go my best friend’s home she has settled in Peshawar after marriage. She was so happy because we were meeting after long time she introduced us to her in-law’s then we did lunch with them and after that we went out. Her village “jahangeera” was so beautiful, clean and green we did really enjoy there and in evening we came back to uncle’s home. Next day they took us to his relative’s home when we was going to leave it was raining there and weather was so good when rain had stopped we went to home. It was our last night of our trip so we were little upset we did enjoy really that trip and we planned that next year we will come again but couldn’t go still life is so busy any way next morning we started our travel for Karachi by bus it was unforgettable trip for me.
